Peaceful and tranquil

Peaceful adults only hotel. Nice garden theme surroundings. Clean and well equipped bedrooms with kettle, good TV, nice balcony. Comfy bed. I enjoyed the swimming pool - quite big and warm. Staff were all great - helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great every day and the staff worked so hard to keep it replenished well. We a So had the dinner buffet one evening which was really good too.

Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room… although was good in reception

Loved it here!!!

Rooms are lovely, Food is lovely, Staff are lovely, overall look of the property is just lovely and tended to very well. Location is perfect for us and the staff are very accommodating, asked to swap rooms as we preferred the room we stayed in previously and it was no problem for them at all. Will be back again hopefully for the 3rd time next year.

Maybe 1 or 2 of the sun beds could do with updating as a few rips but that’s just being picky, it didn’t bother me personally.

Perfect for a short stay in Tenerife

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful + The room was spacious and comfortable + The selection and variety of foods at breakfast / dinner + There’s shops / supermarkets close by, and the beach is less than 10 mins from the hotel

- The “gym” is non-existent. It basically comprises of broken equipment which is sealed off - The pool area gets crowded very quickly and there’s not much space between the beds.

Unforgettable.

The staff were very helpful from the time we checked in. I forgot my phone in a taxi on our way to the hotel, and Rene at the reception was an absolute Angel. He and his colleague tried all they could, but to no avail. Also, the breakfast was top notch The outside surrounding was very clean and the staff were very pleasant.

Loved the comfort of the room, but I guess the cleaner forgot to hoover before we checked in.

Cozy and relaxing hotel, with a good swimming pool area and amazing personnel

Friendly and helpful personnel, amazing location (walking distance to Siam park, the beach, retaurants and bus stop to the airport). We booked a room with a garden. It was cozy, clean and had a huge bed with one enormous mattress (instead of such a common solution of two mattresses pushed together). The airco temperature could be adjusted, the bathroom was clean and filled with good amounts of toiletries. Great swimming pool, surrounded by plants and greenery, which made it feel so comfortable and cozy, even though it's not necessarily big. Great cocktails at the bar and a daily happy hour. Sunbeds are often two-persons beds which felt really comfortable. No children! An adults only concept was an absolute win, and I don't know how can I ever go to a "normal" hotel after that. The peace and quiet is umatched.

The bed was on wheels, which sometimes made it feel a little unstable. The dinner buffet cost is 19,5 excl. drinks, but for that price, the quality was a bit lower than expected. There were fruit flies swarming above some of the pickled foods on display. Sunbeds tend to warm a lot in the sun. There's a policy not to reserve them, but everyone does it anyway (no fault to the hotel, to be fair).

Everything was just perfect, we enjoyed everything. No stress and lovely staff. Walking distance to everything, we never felt like we needed a taxi.

The hotel was the right size for us, neither too big nor too small. The rooms were cleaned and the beds made daily. The staff was friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. In particular, one of the restaurant's show cooks was a particularly pleasant person. The restaurant's food was also good and varied.

The only big minus was the lousy internet connection in the room. The connection at the pool was good. The hotel has about 30 sunbeds and it was unfortunate that the staff didn't care that some people reserved the sunbeds for the whole day, even though they didn't use them at all. I don't know how common this is in Tenerife but one morning there was a cockroach on the floor of our room.

Good peaceful hotel and very good location

One of the best dinner during those 2 weeks was on the hotel restaurant. We did not know this until the last days. Always when we looked at the restaurant noone or very few people were there, all were on the buffet.

The bathroom flor was very dirty, needed to be scrubbed. We vere thinking of doing it our self.

It was a nice holiday week, thank you!

It’s a small nice hotel hidden between big buildings. It was great that they filter waste water to grow trees and flowers!

It says to be an environmentally friendly hotel, and sure they work for it. However, the towels were changed even id we did not asked. Also, small individual jam packages etc should be replaced by bigger pots. Also advice for the customers to make environmentally friendly choices should be given.

Perfect location, nice and clean room, and helpful and polite staff.

Looking forward to coming back

I spent two nights in the hotel but wish I had been able to stay longer. Thanks to the reception, dining room and other staff I felt very welcome and pampered and would like to thank them for everything! The hotel facilities and the food (breakfasts and dinners) were also great, and my suite was exceptional.

Nice hotel with spacious, good rooms, high quality at a good location for holidays.

The room was spacious. The hotel had a nice layout and atmoshphere, also cool poolside. We loved the Canary Islands as the weather is very nice and food and drinks are generally cheap. The fauna is also beautiful.

The food was not the best, although the variety was good. We could not change dinner to lunch which is a problem for some people who do not want to eat t full dinner late at night. The "gym" was very outdated, the equipment was literally rusty (that is probably because the gym is outside, which is not a problem in Tenerife).
